Field Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Manager to join our team.

As a Field Manager at Midway Painting Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include quality control, training, and maintaining our company's standards in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Ensure that subcontractors and hourly painters are completing painting jobs according to Midway Painting Company's established processes and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Training: Provide training to subcontractors and painters in the field as needed, ensuring they are well-versed in our painting processes.
• Brand Protection: Ensure painters and subcontractors uphold the companies brand while on the jobsite.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and Account Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Quality Issue Resolution: Address quality control issues promptly as they arise on job sites, taking necessary actions to rectify them.
• Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers on job sites, addressing their concerns and assuring them that any issues will be resolved to their satisfaction.
• Pre-Construction Meetings: Attend pre-construction meetings and ensure subcontractors and painters understand the project scope, enabling them to develop effective plans to meet project deadlines.
• Prep Work Inspection: Inspect preparatory work on jobs to ensure it meets our standards before painting crews commence their work.
• Substantial Completion Walks: Attend substantial completion walks with subcontractors and painters to ensure there are no touch-ups or overspray left, approving the work for final inspection by the Account Manager with the homeowner or superintendent.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the painting industry required.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
