    • Identify and address moisture issues, cracks, or other defects that impact adhesion.
  • Polyaspartic Flake Floor Installation
    • Mix and apply polyaspartic primer, basecoat, broadcast flake media, and clear topcoat in accordance with product data sheets and project specifications.
    • Ensure uniform flake distribution and proper embedment for a consistent, high-quality finish.
    • Detect and resolve issues such as pinholes, delamination, or uneven texture before project completion.
  • Crew Oversight & Coordination
    • Supervise and mentor any assisting crew members (if applicable), assigning tasks and maintaining workflow.
    • Coordinate material ordering, equipment setup, and on-site logistics to meet project timelines.
    • Enforce all safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Quality Assurance & Client Interaction
    • Conduct quality checks at each stage—preparation, basecoat, flake broadcast, and final topcoat—to ensure work meets Midway Painting Company’s standards.
    • Communicate with project managers and, where appropriate, directly with clients regarding progress, timelines, and any unexpected conditions.
    • Maintain accurate job logs and material usage records.
  • Equipment & Transportation
    • Provide and maintain all necessary tools and coating equipment (grinders, mixers, hand tools).
    • Supply reliable transportation to and from project sites.
    • Adhere to Midway Painting Company’s vehicle and equipment guidelines if using company-owned assets.

    • Hold a valid Utah contractor’s license (or equivalent for your locality) in good standing.
    • Maintain personal liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage as required for subcontractor status.
